current projects

The following are some of the projects at present managed by Renetech. Apart from these, Renetech has evaluated large scale biofuel projects in Sweden, the UK, Ireland, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Croatia, the Ukraine, Hungary and Tanzania on behalf of investors (2007).

Sourcing and offtake for large bio-refinery ethanol plant

Renetech manages the sourcing of grains and ethanol off-take for a 120 M liter bioethanol plant in Sweden. This facility will also produce 50 M liters equivalent of biogas for vehicle fuel, green electricity and heat. It is the first plant of its kind in the world in terms of biorefining capacity and process capability.

Development of biogas cluster

Renetech is looking to developing a cluster of biogas plants in Ireland. The project includes sourcing of feedstock, logistics, site and technology, use of the gas and financing.

Biofuel production in Uganda

Renetech, in cooperation with Linköping University, will prepare a demonstration program in Uganda regarding biofuel production, involving more efficient agricultural production methods to ensure simultaneous increase of food production. The project is supported by the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth (NUTEK).

Consultancy

Renetech undertakes assignments in the area of Biofuels and biomass CHP. A biofuel combine could use conventional boilers or gasification to transform biomass to useful fuels and other products.
