Sweden now only produces half of what it eats

Three researchers from the Swedish University for the Agricultural Sciences (SLU) argue that Sweden (and conversely, one would hope, all other countries) should take more responsibility for producing its own food, to contribute to global food production, biological diversity, animal wellbeing as well as preparedness for contingencies.
